Safe and reliable naturopathic medical practice

Naturopathic medical practice is safest among the health professions.  In fact, when data was last compiled in 2014, there had been no medical malpractice claims against naturopathic doctors anywhere in the US.   This is a phenomenal track record of safety, and compares very favorably with the 128,000 deaths per year from "properly" prescribed pharmaceuticals in conventional medicine, as discussed in this Harvard University Center for Ethics article.

Naturopathic medical education

Naturopathic medical students have more classroom hours and more courses in their medical school curriculum than medical doctors.  See this curriculum comparison.  Naturopathic medical schools are 4-year, in-residence, graduate programs.
